TOUR FOR FOODIES

For 8 hours we will visit first a Provencal market. Next we will visit an olive oil producer to understand how olive oil is made and the rules for an AOC olive oil. We will have a private olive oil tasting. Our next stop will be for lunch in a very charming place.
In the afternoon, we will stop at a chocolate shop to try samples from one of the best chocolate makers in France. Afterward, we will see a place where they make different salts to enhance your meat, fish or poultry using naturally-harvested salt from Camargue.
After salt, we will make the sweet discovery of candied fruits in a place founded in 1866.
The candied fruits are made according to the recepies of Nostradamus from the XVIe century.
Next will be a stop at the cheese store.
-Second option, 2 persons minimum:
Drive to a place for a cooking lesson with a French chef ( either in one of the most beautiful villages in France, or in a covered market ).
After lunch, go to a winery in the surroundings.
Time depending, stop to a place where they make goat cheeses.
For the tours for foodies, I can customize the day, like the best restaurants in Provence, or an experience in a very charming place (winery) where you have to try 4 wines with all the courses and give notes as professionals do.
